Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer standard shipping within the United States. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages Heritage Muse is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at theheritagemuse1@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will work to make it right.

International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only.
